Typical solar panels inspection by means of helicopters are very expensive, imprecise and require time consuming preparation and different permissions.
We perform thermographic inspection of the photovoltaic (PV) solar panel fields using highest quality FLIR brand thermal cameras in addition to typical visual inspections. Our UAVs determine the temperature decomposition and detect overheated areas of the cells which are caused by connection issues, physical damage or debris.
Using drones allow for better coverage comparing to standard ground inspections using handheld IR device and give a comprehensive and complete mapping of the inspected object’s technical condition using both visual 4K (UltraHD) and thermal camera.
